01 Personal Preference Returns

01 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all items must remain in their original condition with tags, packaging and accessories intact. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from stains, odors or damage that would affect resale.
02 Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional events or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or the item arrives with a verified quality issue.

01 Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused upon delivery, refunds can only be processed after the package has been returned to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
02 Unauthorized Returns
